They don't have to. We play games, crack silly jokes, and move around a lot. In between all these moments, I capture authentic moments without the kids feeling like they need to be smiling for the camera.
That's okay. Your home doesn't need to be picture-perfect. The beauty of an in-home documentary session is that we're documenting your family as you actually live - messy kitchens, favorite toys, epic forts and all. I'll help you find the best light and spaces, but there's no need to deep-clean your home before I arrive.
I'll help you choose outfits that feel like you and photography beautifully without feeling overly styled. You'll receive my Style Guide with tips for coordinating colors, textures, and layers and we'll talk through what makes sense for your session.
